I just received Oscar Tropical Flower and I have to say that I love it. I was expecting one of those sweet coconut-y type tropical fragrances, but I was beyond pleasantly surprised. This is a heady and sophisticated floral fruity fragrance. It's classy, sexy, and the RIGHT way to do a tropical fragrance. I even detect a slight hint of the original Oscar in it. I have to disagree that it is commonplace. I think that the decision not to utilize the typical coconut-pineapple-pina colada concoction alone was a stroke of genius. I don't think I've ever smelled so delicious and yet still so grown up with any other floral fruity scent. It's sweet without being sugary. This perfume is an experience. You must wear to appreciate!

If you lke Tiare flowers or frangipanis, yup this is what it smells like. A bit too commonplace and tropical for me, though.
