Rosamor is delicate, sensuous and gleeful. Spanish words for rose and love are united in the name of the perfume, so it is an ideal present for a woman you love. It brings a beautiful harmony of flowers and wood, along with a tender whisper of balmy spiced notes and musk at the base. The composition opens with a juicy mandarin and a rear pink lily-of-the-valley. As it develops, the flowers become more intensive, revealing ylang-ylang, tuberose, rose and heliotrope at the heart. The base is composed of woody notes, Tonka bean, vanilla and musky notes. The fragrance was created by Beatrice Piquet in 2004.

Too me this perfume is just beautiful.
The blend of the notes are well balanced which I love.
I plan on buying my 3rd bottle soon.
Its great because I always find this perfume with a very affordable price tag also.
I kinda fancy the bottle as well :) I think it smells more expensive than what it is sold for but I'm not complaining.I always want this perfume in my collection :)
Rosamor is a light, romantic, and modern floral bouquet with a pleasant citrus note. The rose is very gentle here but it does not appear to be the leading note, so it would not be my first choice to recommend if you are looking for a rose perfume. On a bright side, Rosamor smells fresh, young and pretty. It is suitable for everyday use when I am not in the mood for complicated or dramatic.
The opening is fresh and citrusy with a light hint of freesia. The citrus notes work well with the floral bouquet. The heart notes do not smell like a natural rose to my nose but more like a modern, slightly synthetic floral bouquet. It is not overpowering and it smells nice and clean. The subtle musk and sandalwood are nice in the dry down. I actually like how musky notes mix with the floral bouquet. The sillage and longevity are medium.
Overall score 6.5/10. Versatile, inoffensive, light and pleasant. Nice to have but not one of the best roses in my collection.
So many people called it boring but to my nose it is way far from boring! I have a limited edition in a frosted bottle, but it should be the same scent.
I find Rosamor very bright pink rosy scent with a hint of sitrus, it provokes the same mood as Ma Dame...very refreshing and sporty.
I still can smell it after 3 hours, so it has very decent longevity.
Oscar makes the most amazing summer perfumes!
this is a very nice spring scent. its a soapy rose on me. just a light beautiful perfume from first spray to dry down. the only minus for me is i wish it lasted longer. gorgeous!
Rosamor as a body lotion is very, very pleasant. On my skin the scent is creamy, soft as a feather and feminine. Innocent, romantic and somehow fairytale-ish. I put it on this crisp, cold, autumnal morning and as I was walking outside, the pretty rosy puffs instantly brightened up my mood. I don't know why, but I couldn't shake off the feeling that this is something Snow White would (and should) be wearing.:-).
(I do not smell any citrus by the way).
Looovely mandarin and rose. Not very sweet, not very citrus. This can't be floral woody musk, but fruity floral. It's very soft and feminine, but it's not a boring floral at all. It's a funny and sexy fragrance, that keeps me smelling and smelling it.
Here's a rough translation of Luciana's review:
This perfume is without a doubt a perfume for a lucky night!!! It is excellent, its fragrance unique.
I really liked it when I first bought it...then I became bored with it...very quickly.
I am wondering if Beatrice Piquet was of any relation to the famous Robert Piquet (as in the maker of FRACAS!!!!)? If so, she fell miles short of success with this boring scent. There really is not much to tell about Rosamor. It is dull, does not even present itself on the skin let alone leave a slight scent trail of you for others to appreciate. I can not imagine why anyone would bother spending money on this fragrance. It is characterless, lifeless and mundane. If you can get it to scent your skin for longer than 5 minutes you are in your own little league of women. More power to you!
This is a very, very light, nonintrusive scent. I wear it when I almost don't want to wear anything at all. It's a little too floral to be a favourite for me, and I find the base notes to be almost non-existent. I wear it almost exclusively during the day, as a casual fragrance.
I liked it...but I got tired of it eventually...became a bit boring.
smooth, clean, toned down rosy fiminine scent that i really like and enjoy ....
Cute bottle, cute name.
Boring and ordinary smell. sweet and tender, but no peronality at all.
"Rosamor" is a bigger part of "amor" ( warm, powdery and creamy flower notes, heliotrope, tuberose, a bit of gardenia) and a shy, tender-sweet "rosa", which is really not like the rose jelly(marmalade) we all know from the soliflore essential oil.
This is an innovative approach to the legendary flower, with amazing sillage and lasting power(about 15 hours). It illustrates very well the 'floral woody musk' group, as the musk note is quite prominent too.
Even if it's a bit too powdery for my taste, I still recommend it for musk-rose-heliotrope fans. Works best in colder seasons, I guess.
I think that this scent can't disturb anyone, it's so light, innocent & creamy.. It sorta reminds me of some body lotion.. Nivea may be ?!!
It's so inoffensive, doesn't stand out of the crowd though..
I just bought this perfume over the internet unsniffed after considering all the reviews that I read about it (positive & negative). I love flower fragrances, roses particularly, that’s the reason I decided to give this perfume a try. Rosamor is a lovely scent, unfortunately it doesn't really work with my chemistry. It doesn’t smell mostly roses, which I expected it to be. When I first applied it on my skin, i got a 'shocking' smell - a strong note of citrus. Unfortunately, my skin doesn’t really work with any citrus fragrances. Yet, after a while, it settled down into much softer – this is the part which I really like about this perfume. It smells gorgeous - a light florally scent which is very feminine. I think Rosamor is very suitable for romantic wear and also good for daily wear. Overall, I would say Rosamor is not bad; I’ll keep it in my fragrance collections. Thanks :)
Very lovely scent, a very light bright summery floral on its face. Rosamor's dry down becomes even better with its sensual tobacco flower/leaf, musk and a nice quality sandal.
I wonder why this was not more of a "hit" among perfume buyers? But then I wonder how the Original Oscar, so breathtakingly beautiful, has given way to sporty scents.
De la Renta's scents all burst with feminine sensuality and Rosamor is no exception.
I loved it. Just perfect. very feminine and the tobacco gives it a great punch.
very unique; not candy like, not overwhelmingly sour and not funeral floral. just perfect sexy flower and spice. it smells a little of wine too. something you can were to a bar, club, work, dinner at mum and dad or that special midnight rendezvous.
I used to wear it with a big pleasure, 100 ml have gone naturally. Very nice, tender sweet. The scent ruined all my prejudice against the bright pink boxes. It is associated with a wonderfully young lifetime/lifestyle. Now I believe it is really innocent - what seemed to me insolent a few years ago.
Este perfume sin dudas es para una noche ganadora!!! es excelente su fragancia única
I use Rosamor from several days and happes that it such is none very innocent, when shows from it somewhat piquant spicy scent and musk. Yes, this fragrance is subtle, and also very sensual. Beautiful. Aha, Rosamor is very elegant, but this elegance is truely elegance, because is discreet...
Very subtle rose smell for subtle woman. There is as silk, as delicate wing butterfly, as petal of young rose.Pretty fragrance.
This is my signature sent! I love it and have been with out it for so long! It is light yet warm with the perfect ballance of rose. I could wear it in any season!
Very nice, light, innocent scent, like Valentino's Rock N Rose but more straight-forward and not as trendy. I like it a lot! A summer pick-me up. Nothing really special, but it's nice. I get a lot of rose and juicy mandarin, with some other gentle florals. Perfect for hot weather.
