Noa Noa by Otto Kern is a chypre floral fragrance for women. Noa Noa was launched in 1990. Top notes are mint, mandarin orange, cassia, galbanum and grapefruit; middle notes are sandalwood, patchouli, balsam fir, orris root, jasmine, heliotrope, cedar and rose; base notes are tonka bean, amber, musk, benzoin, oakmoss and vanilla.

This is a rich-smelling powdery, ambery scent.It is mildly sweet, and the heliotrope, rose, and jasmine are all percievable. There are many notes, as you can see, so smelling it uninformed, it will smell uniform, the notes are not all clear and easy to pick out. It is attractive in a way, even if don't like it. Patchouli is a strong allergen for me, and I don't like too much powder. It is not for me, but I wouldn't mind smelling it on the right person.
