Ultraviolet Liquid Crystal Man Paco Rabanne for men

Another excellent and witty Ultraviolet flanker. From the LCD ("liquid crystal") typeface on the bottle, it seems to be marketed at the digital generation (c.f. Pi Neo). Much like a clearer and slightly watered down version of UV for Men, its top notes remind me of Orangina mixed with Fox's Glacier Mints (cool, clear, sweet, and mildly minty). Not quite as bright as UV Fluoressence for Men but it still has its strange and appealingly clear olfactory texture, and overall is sweeter, slightly less citrusy and another inspired choice for warm weather or the beach. By the time it has gone through its drydown, virtually all citrusy overtones have departed and you are left with a sugary and synthetic (i.e. strangely clear but very attractive) scent that has modernity & artistic inspiration in spades - which I like to picture as highly refined white sugar crystals dissolved in fresh glacial water. Lovely modern-looking bottle & novelty packaging too. Excellent longevity and sillage for a lightish fragrance. This is highly recommended if you should come across it, because like Fluoressence, I reckon it's even better than the original UV for Men.
