Lys fragrance is originally inspired by cedrat, the Mediterranean citrus. The nose who made it is Raphael Haury.
Top notes: cedrat, mandarin and bergamot. Heart: coriander, rose, verbena, thyme and water lily. Base: nutmeg, vetiver and moss.
It is available as 100 ml EDT.

Upon first sniff it appears all the notes jump out at me at the same time. Well, that's a first. But as I give it time to settle I try to pick out individual notes and it is very hard to do I think for me because the cedrat, bergamont and verbena are very much pronounced, not giving the other notes much breathing room. I think the rose stands a fighting chance but it is overshadowed by the nutmeg. I see this as a more masculine fragrance mahaps because of the vetyver, verbena and oakmoss but I guess it can be a unisex for someone who can wear it with aplomb.
I do like it though when I'm feeling in a 'macho mood', if not I might layer it with something a bit girly-flowery.
