Bergamot Truffle is a gourmand scent of bitter dark chocolate that blends with invigorating citrus notes, so this perfume can be used by both men and women. The composition is made of dark chocolate, bergamot, orange blossom and Tahiti vanilla.

Not a bad scent...But I think it's expensive for a cologne,it's no different than a Demeter fragrance. Both are colognes.

Hmm... What can I say about this one. Bergamot usually gives me a fresh feeling, but this fragrance doesn't do that. To me, it's more like a orange flavored rich chocolate with a lot of sugar!!! It's a little bitter and sharp. I think Payard loves to dump sugar on everything and no holding back here. Good gosh! How could someone enjoy a scent when it's all sticky and sweet? I don't know. If you think Pink Sugar were sweet, try one of these Payards. Your nostril might bleed.
(Payard ain't such a horrible fragrance, but it's just really really too darn sweet, that's all)

I disagree that this is unisex. In my opinion this is completely femme. It's mostly dark, bitter chocolate and I enjoyed it for a short time but it quickly became too "Hershey's Special Dark" on me. If you want to smell like a Hershey's bar, give it a shot. But considering that Payard is a high end eatery in NYC, I don't think that's the smell they were really going for.
