Pierre Cardin Black is a fragrance launched in 2007. The fragrance contains notes of citruses, orange, nutmeg, jasmine, sandalwood, musk and amber.
Citrus and soap, that is what I get from it. It seems outdated when you consider that it was released in 2007. It's lasting power is decent, it's projecting average, and it's extremely cheap. ($15 for 8oz at Perfumania)
It's more of a late 20's serious man scent which is why it just didn't blend well with me or my lifestyle. It would be better suited for dad as a last minute gift.
Definitely a 90's suited young man scent. A UNharsh zest of an unpinned citrus flavour with some white florals and woods. It's rare that citrus is appealing to me in fragrances, it requires modest attention and a fine blend with something that wont clash or give a harsh or sour blast.
Not harsh or generic, not cheap or alcoholic, not needlessly expensive, not too much of any single factor at all. Lasting power seems decent, sillage normal, projection average, overall it's worth the price for a casual or office scent.
