A collection of eau de toilettes for men has been presented by the house of Pierre Cardin. It is intended for men's various moods and available in transparent glass flacons which characterize pure elegance and masculinity. Its stable body with black stopper and etiquette represents sophisticated compositions, characteristic for its greenish-blue colour of fluid of these EDTs. Accordance of aromas and nuances creates perfect harmony of the collection.

Pierre Cardin Collection includes eau de toilettes Cedre-Ambre and Iris Sauvage.

Cedre-Ambre, a hot, masculine fragrance seduces with nutmeg, cardamom and lemon in top notes, together with coriander, Bourbon geranium and amber in a heart of the fragrance. Its base is dry and woody, created of Atlas cedar, cypress and benzoin. Perfumer of this edition is Olivier Cresp of Firmenich.

Pierre Cardin Collection will be available from March 2009.

An inexpensive refreshing citrus/amber/spicy composition. Not very potent but, for the price it's a nice one.

It was more fresh and citrus when I first tried it at the store. Then I walked around a while and after 15 mins the fragrance was ok, so I bought it. But later at home I discovered it is very warm and heavy, definitely for a colder day and more Fall/Winter fragrance than a Summer one. As I love YSL's Opium Homme this Cardin's Cedre Ambre kind of reminds me Opium on my skin, but with slightly more citrus vibration.

This was a revelation and, wow, subtle but at the same time refined. Somehow reminiscent of Agua Verde by Salvador Dali on my skin. In spite of its price tag, it is sophisticated and full of class.

Bought it. Tried it.
The scent, although pleasantly refreshing, is hardly traceable. Practically vanishes after only a quarter of an hour.Wasted money.
