I like the idea. I don't understand why people consider bacon and meat to have such unpleasant odors.

As I say about "bacon classic", I just can't believe someone would wanna smell like the unpleasant odor (because "barbecue" is not what I call scent but well and truly an odor) of greasy and smoked meat ....

Well, if someone can like it, providing that it doesn't make others sick ....

incense? really? trying to class up a bbq? id love to try this but im skeptical

I admire the idea. The scent of what we eat, maybe regularly, and haven't thought about its scent, only when we're hungry. Actually, food notes are not surprising cause they're like this, we may hate them even, when we're full.
But here's something says "change your stupid habit"! Sometimes I think why don't we think about car tire smell in a perfume? Or anything that we consider bad-smell things?
This is what I put in my list and look for it seriously; incense, bacon and spices. Looks fantastic!
