Etoile de Rem Reminiscence for women

Tested it today on paper, it reminded me of Womanity a bit? It has this same salty/sweet combination, which I guess many frags have, but Womanity is my only reference. I like it, but it's not really 'me', I wouldn't wear it often if I had it.

This is actually quite strong compared to the other Rem fragrances. I like it couse it's a coconut smel, but still very fresh, not foody kind of coconut. On my skin this is coconut and orange, with a whiff of seawater. Very beachy and tropical. I also think is a unisex, even more than original Rem. Love Reminiscence!

This stinks. I tried to give it to my mom and daughter a nd both rejected it. The dry down is OK, but getting there is torture. I lived near a beach and this reminds me of the smell of fishing boats versus a tropical beach.

Due to the reviews I bought it blind, and YES it is amazing ! This is truely a heavenly perfume; it reminds me of a relaxing vacation in a heavenly resort. So happy with this one! Indeed all the way beach and palm trees... Thanks everyone for your back up !!!


Addition: it does smell also like a WILD WILD animal, not in a bad way, more like a fresh washed tigre...

I was in a shop and tested REM and ETOILE DE REM both on different arms. It is indeed kinda hard to smell the difference, because they smell similair.

REM is sharper, I prefered ETOILE DE REM, because it smelled more soft and I thought there also was a sort of sweetness in ETOILE DE REM what I liked.

Very nice fragrance. This is "THE BEACH SCENT". I think it is the fragrance to wear on a sunny day at the beach. Lovely.

tried it and its indeed powerfull for an EDT wich is good :-) suitable for summer and stayed quite a long time on my wrist, hope it will do the same on my neck..i want it!

It's Donny's fault (ha,ha..) but today I bought the Etoile de Rem. I already had the 'common' Rem, and sniffing in the shop, it's hard to tell the difference between both. But reading Donny's comment and remembering the day that I had sprayed Etoile de Rem on my arm, testing it, and experienced a different sensation once I had left the shop for a while, made me decide to buy it.

It indeed IS different. It's softer and more subtile. I think because there are less woody notes in it. I think it still is not a floral, but there is more fantasy and more depth to it.

I can see why Donny doesn't hesitate to wear it although this says to be 'the feminine version'. I think it's a good uni-sex scent like the original Rem is.

Like it a lot. And it still is very 'beachy'indeed..!!!

I love this fragrance. If you want some fragrance that really make you feel on a tropical beach try REM or... much, much better ETOILE DE REM. Even if I'm a male and Etoile is a fragrance for women I wear it often and many, many males like it and want to know its name. SHHHH... it's a secrete!
