I remember that I loved this scent when I was younger. My friend had it & everytime I would go to her house I would douse myself LOL.
Anyway I had almost forgotten what it smelled like when I was in the supermarket & smelled something great.I started sniffing around & realized that it was a women in her 40's shopping next to me with her child.
I kept debating with myself about going over to ask her what it was....when I realized that I already knew.It was head over Heels.I still like it just as much as I use to.
I would also say that it is a Floral Fruity Mix.I do not get the aquatic from it.

OMG I love the bottle design! But I expect this to be a cheap old perfume. Can I have just the bottle? lol

This one belongs to the category of the floral-oceanic- and it is no floral in the normal sense. It is very strong, sweet, outdoorsy and extremely tenacious. The flacon is indeed very trashy, but already a collector's item.
A perfume which comes on like a tidal wave, very strong and yet rather simplistic as far as its composition is concerned. I have to confess that I rather display it than wear it...

A very feminine, fruity floral bouquet which is accented by tuberose, carnation and cedarwood along with the above noted melon, peach, plum making it perfect for casual use. I had this and loved using it until suddenly it seemed to be too “sweet” for me. Gave the perfume, lotion and shower gel all away at a Garage Sale and now I wish I still had the perfume bottle. Very kitschy but would have been a collector’s item.
Head Over Heels was released by Ultima II cosmetics and later bought by Eden Classics. I don’t believe it’s owned by Revlon. So the above designer, "Revlon”, is incorrect.
