Royal Apothic launches Perfumatorium perfume collection in spring 2010. The perfumes are based on their successful home fragrances. Japonesque is homage to the Japanese tea ceremony. The ritual is intensified with flavors of macha green tea, jasmine and rose.
Available as 60 ml EDP.
An interesting niche fragrance but somewhat less than promised. Very nice macha tea note (and I appreciate that you can tell it's macha) and lots of rose but that's about it. Although not terribly complex rose and tea is a useful combination; they sharpen each other and cut the artificial note that rose can sometimes have. I would also say this is definitely a rose floral but not really a green. Fairly close sillage and good duration. If you collect rose or tea scents you probably want to add it but I much prefer other scents in this line. One complaint: bottle comes with atomizer which RUINS PERFUME. I use it as a splash and suggest you do.
Sillage: 2-3 ft
Duration: 3-4 hours
Fabulosity: the queen mum
Value to price ratio: good
