Turquoise Sage Machado for women

A bit sharp initially, then warms up. I want to love it as Turquoise is my birth stone but I'm just no there with it.

I too got the oil sample, but it didn't last very long on me and has the typical Sage Machado play-doish smell to it. Could be my skin, but I have purchased 2 of his scents and have every sample that he has made and they all share that scent.

Goes on a dry and just slightly bitter citrus (grapefruit) with sharp green. This is pretty well-balanced; it fades down in to a scent that is less "aquatic" and more green floral, but pretty. It's definitely dry, not sweet, and it's a unisex sort of fragrance. The slightly bitter citrus notes remain throughout wear, but smell especially nice when they dry down enough for the sandalwood to come out, which gives it a soft powder to counterbalance the any sharp or bitter notes. I get just a hint of muskiness. Pretty, fresh smelling - better for day wear, as it smells a bit like laundry detergent or air freshener. I think it conjures up the color green, and then blue. :) (Note: I sampled the oil. which lasts a long time - into the next day when applied generously.)
