This line was inspired by watercolour of the same name by Salvador Dali, which was dedicated to Louis 14th. Le Roy Soleil is a fragrance of a conqueror: modern, sharp, aromatic. The main notes are: bergamot, jasmine, cedar, pelargonium and white amber. The perfume was created by Gerard Anthony of Firmenich in 1998. Le Roy Soleil Homme was launched in 1998.
