Purple is a sensual, elegant and mysterious colour, and because of that it was chosen for this floral, sensual and oriental fragrance. The heart is made of purple flowers: violet, purple orchid and lilac. Crocus, passion fruit and blueberry are in the top notes. The base is made of amber, sandalwood and musk. Designers are Antoine Lie and Guillaume Flavigny. The perfume was created in 2006. Purplelips was launched in 2006.

A few minutes of sweet pomegranate and vivid blueberries and then it takes on a dusky, musky tone. The violet is lost, but I can detect small notes of the lilac with vanilla. Otherwise it's really all about the overt amber base. I was hoping for a more floral fragrance. This is disappointing. Thank goodness for samples. :\
