Collection by the new, American house of Seven Skies was inspired by journeys. Each of the four fragrances of the collection was dedicated to a certain place:
Chelsea Girls: London, England
Belle Histoire: Paris, France
Free Love: Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand
Lalita: Rajasthan, India
Chelsea Girls is a modern chypre dedicated to joyful girls from Chelsea and inspired by the movie by Andy Warhol (1966) carrying the same name.
Its composition is strong and intensive, opening with a gourmand and delicate note of apricot, lily of the valley and peony. The heart blooms with rose, black currant and peach. The finale is made of powerful accords of patchouli and amber.
The perfume was created by Irina Burlakova and Natasha Cote from Givaudan. Designer of illustrations is Radim Malinic. This fragrance was launched in 2008.

no longer available at b-glowing, Amazon or ebay. Total bummer because all I was able to get is a sample of the Chelsea girls and it was Fantastic!! If this perfume fails it's simply because you just can't find it anywhere..and it's not for lack of trying. I even emailed the Seven Skies site and heard nothing back...so...maybe they'll release it again?
This one is the only other one I would consider purchasing besides my favorite Belle Histoire. It has the most progression out of the group. I can detect a little of the fruitiness in the opening but not for long. The heart is equal parts rose and amber, with the support of a tart juiciness from the currant. I'm generally not a fan of rose based frags but I found this one very enjoyable. It's not an old lady rose at all. After a good five hours the rose fades away and I'm left with the lovely amber drydown for another three hours, so I would say the sillage on this one is pretty good for me. Overall very nice, I would recommend to younger women who are looking for a modern rose.
The site b-glowing carries the line and even offers samples. I just ordered them all to try. Love the Tocca-like bottles.
They all seem nice, especially this one. Where can I get them?
