Leisure Cruise is the new collection from Smell Bent, full of summer fragrant and exotic adventures! St Tropez Dispenser, with whom you can feel like millionaire while on holiday, contains notes of jasmine, coconut, aloe vera and vintage musk. It is available as EDt of 4 and 55 ml and perfume oil in a 8 ml bottle with a glass applicator stick.
St Tropez Dispenser was launched in 2010. The nose behind this fragrance is Brent Leonesio.
I LOVE this scent! Lovely, fresh combo of coconut and jasmine, not too sweet. Longevity is very good, I can smell it on me all day after applying a few sprays in the morning. Silleage is ok, I don't want a silleage monster anyway.
I have a FB in spray version, imagine that it will be empty by the end of summer...
St Tropez Dispenser (oil) is a quite cute, possibly ‘traditional’ floral fruity scent (as appose to those synthetic high voltage pink la-la bubbly ones flooding the market this days). It starts with dried coconut meal and creamy gardenia (I know it's jasmine which is listed here, but to my nose it's more towards gardenia) smell, which is quite tropical and naturally optimistic.
Then the coconut gets fainter and the creamy cross-between-jasmine-and-gardenia scent comes to play. Somehow it reminds me a lot of Moyette Paris, but just a little bit less heavy on the creamy part. It’s really smoothly blend and really cute in a more refined way.
Recommend if you like creamy gardenia scents with a bit tropical touch.
Yum, yum, yum. This is summer in a bottle! It is Feb and I am eating this scent up. It takes me back to a warmer, more happier time- laughing in the sunshine, outdoor BBQ, and tanning oil. Great scent!!
Oh, this one is just FUN! I've tried several perfumes that are supposed to smell like "the beach" -- Bronze Goddess, Neonatura Souffle, Coral Flower -- but this really does smell exactly like you've taken a dip in the ocean and reapplied your tanning oil.
Fortunately, that is a really good smell. St. Tropez Dispenser is quite sweet, but it's not heavy or cloying or foodie so the sweetness is very pleasant. It's not tanning oil gunked up with a lot of extra florals or umbrella drink smells -- just plenty of coconut, a green juicy lotion smell that is apparently aloe vera (and if you don't associate aloe vera with the beach, you must be a lot more careful with the sunscreen than I used to be!), and a nice oily sweet Hawaiian Tropic-ish accord. It also does smell salty/mineral to me, but honestly that could be the power of suggestion. It's rather sheer, sunny, and the lasting power is good -- you get teasing whiffs all day, and I could actually smell it a bit the next morning.
I wore this on a rainy day in November -- I can only imagine how enjoyable it will be on a summer weekend!
