I first got this in talc and loved it, pure rose and it scented my clothes too afterwards. So I ordered the perfume but by the time it arrived I was out of the rose perfume craze. I would suggest spraying it with a light hand, this one is strong and has good lasting power - one or two sprays at best. I got linear rose from it and none of the other notes were picked up by my nose. If you like rose, pure and simple, this one would work for you and it should last awhile since you do need to spray with caution. Not a complex scent.
