A very smooth, sweet potent oriental. Starts with orange blossom and tonka/vanilla. A bit later the pineapple seems to come though with some floral notes. The whole impression is very pleasant. After an hour or so, the final drydown is vanilla and sweet tobacco, it reminds me of Givenchy Pi. Staying power and sillage are good like a lot of vanilla/tonka scents. Altamir really is a lovely oriental!
i absolutely love this one.amazing scent that reminde me alot of "Classique Jean Paul Gaultier" for women.
perfect for cold nights.
The scent is way similar to Silver Scent Intense by Jacques Bogart. The fragrance is like Versace Dreamer with lots of intense floral notes. The scent is overpowering and strong like other Ted Lapidus fragrances. It is categorize as oriental/floral. Can give headache to many, probably a unisex aroma.
Bottle and packaging is stylish.
Longevity, Projection is good.
I give it 6.5 out of 10.
I have received this cologne as a gift, from a very special friend of mine, and I wore it yesterday for the 1st time.
Basically, it is similar to Gaultier², however with a hint of fruits.
For those who think that Gaultier² is too invasive, Altamir is the perfect option! I could also say that this one is more masculine than the other, even though, Gaultier² is classified as a unisex scent, it might tend to the feminine according to the person's skin.
The fruity touch in Altamir comes from the pineapple leaves, which make an absurd difference. Other difference is that, in this one, there's no vanilla but jasmine, orange blossom and tonka beans, giving a dryer aspect than the Gaultier², which is "creamy".
To finish, it worth remember the vetiver in its base, giving masculinity to the cologne.
Wonderful lasting!
Smells similar but more expensive than Boss Botlled and Fleur du Mâle. Classier.

This is the signature scent of a man I'm currently seeing. On our last date he wore this fragrance in abandon knowing full well that I loved men that wore fragrances. He may have applied too much in eagerness, bless him, but I found myself wanting to cuddle up to him in olfactory bliss.
Altamir is quite a sweet fragrance. On most men this could smell rather feminine, but on the right man, Altamir is sensual and intoxicating.
Surprisingly floral, especially with its notes of jasmine and orange blossom, I would recommend women give this fragrance a go too. This is an elegant and special fragrance for men, with the floral sweetness counteracting with rich, spicy amber, proving that it's a well-blended composition.
At times it can smell quite creamy and soft, but most of the time the overall projection is strong and bold. The lasting power is really good. Altamir managed to transfer itself to my jacket, and for the last week or so, the fabric has smelt of Altamir. Not that I mind though.
as a woman i can say that this is a cheap version of LE MALE, and i find it rough. unrefind and even violent. in this case the price represents the content.
با سلام
این عطر برای فصول سرد بی نظیره
بسیار ماندگار
اوایل استعمال شیرینی یه کم تندی دارد
بعد از 5 دقیقه محشر به پا میکنه

Scent 5/5
Longevity 4/5
Sillage 4.5/5
Es un perfume ahogante en verano pero exquisito en invierno. Tiene dos segundos de parecido a le Fleur de JPG en la nota de salida. El resto, es arte propio de Ted Lapidus.
Un muy buen perfume.
A great fragrance. More elegant and delicate than Fleur du Male.
The Tonka bean in this fragrance is very dominant and gives the fragrance a stickiness thats a lil too strong for my taste. This heavy flavor is one I relate closely to Givenchy Pi and Davidoff Hot Water.
Very original smell with a feminine touch that can be very upsetting if you're in the übermasculine side of the market (Kouros, Azzaro PH, for example). The feminine side of Altamir is due to the neroli and orange blossom, notes classically linked to women scents, but in this case, both of them are well blended with the other notes, creating a pleasant surprise to muy humble nose. The result is a very sweet concoction, but never reaching the cloying territory. The development is a little bit linear: starts with a "punch-in-the-nose" blast of pineapple and neroli, then, the pineapple fades away and the neroli and orange blossom basically mixes over and over again with the tonka beans and the patchouli 'till the end of the olfatory pyramid. In the basenotes, some musk and some "bakery-vanilla" appears to give some warmness to the whole story.
The projection and longevity are not as well as I imagine (keeps close to the skin after the first initial hour), but, for the price, it's a great deal.
Just bought my 125ml bottle yesterday I like it by itself but I mixed it today with adidas victory league and it smells pretty good both colognes have that orange blossom note

Another musky fragrance...if you like le male..you will like it..longevity is great with silage average on me
This is one of a kind, very intrigueing, great lasting power and many many compliments.
Woody, sweet and masculine... thanks Ted!!
este perfume tiene mucha personalidad.
Quizá se parezca a Le Fleur, pero no es tan chocante en intensidad.
Altimar is sort of a cross between Le Male and Silver Shadow. It has excellent staying power and I like it a lot. I find it less sweet and far more wearable than Le Male.
Another Le Mâle's clone. How many clones do we need before reach the limit?
