Thierry Mugler adds another fragrance to the Mirror Mirror collection, which includes six exclusive fragrances so far. Name of the perfume is Miroir des Majestes and is inspired by magic and wealth of the Middle East. Golden ornaments are painted on the glass surface of the luxurious flacon announcing a true opulence of aromas. Composition of the new fragrance was created by perfumer Nathalie Lorson of the house of Firmenich.
This lively oriental composition is decorated with cardamom and coriander accords, a heart blooms with orange blossom and jasmine wrapped with sensual suede, while feminine floral shades are enriched with warm and opulent amber accords in base notes, along with a sophisticated trail of oud wood.
The fragrance arrives on the market at the beginning of 2012 and was launched exclusively on the area of the Middle East.

What a perfect name..it is very majestic. Very wealthy and rich. The coriander and cardamom are definitely dominating, as I smell it I taste the spice in my throat. The orange blossom, jasmine, and suede are so perfectly intertwined with the oud and perfect amber....the amber is so sweet and warm. The amazing thing about this perfume is that all notes are equal all the time. They are constantly dancing around each other seamlessly. One of the best amber notes I have smelled. The oud is perfect, it is the root of the scent, which is constantly complimenting all of the other notes....simply amazing. In comparison to Voluptes, the common thread is the oud and orange blossom. At first smell, you will think they are so very similar. As they dry down, they have their own personality...they are relatives though.
Both exotic and well worth owning.

Miroir des Majestes is like the younger version of Miroir des Voluptes.
The notes are slightly similar but Majestes has only two base notes, making the
perfume warm, sensual and charming.
The cardamon and coriander are wonderful spices, rich and inviting.
The true beauty, jasmine, combined with orange blossom and suede with the top notes
had me fooled into thinking there was rose somewhere...
The last two notes gently reveal themselves along as soon as all the notes have
merged onto the skin. A truly pleasant acquaintance.
