Bulletproof Tokyo Milk Parfumarie Curiosite for women and men

This perfume reminds me of a BDSM relationship. Notes of leather and sweet softness. It's the kiss on the forehead after a bad, bad spanking. Mean daddy.

Just as Dead Sexy has a rubber accord on me, so too does Bulletproof. The initial spray is a quite confronting mixture of rubber and menthol, but soon settles to reveal a lovely tea/Woody scent. I can imagine wearing this in cooler weather, great for snuggling and definitely unisex. I find it strongly resembles L'Artisan Tea for Two, but is significantly more affordable. Well worth a try for those searching for a rich tea scent.

Wow. The combination of smoky spiced black tea and coconut is really nice, it's almost a leathery kind of smell. At first looking at the notes I was nervous because I wished there was no cedar at all in this..cedar is fast becoming a perfume enemy of mine, turning very thick and choke-y on my skin. But luckily, it's not up front in this fragrance so I can totally wear this and enjoy it. I think this is beautiful scent, kinda unique, and FB worthy. For cedar haters like me, don't worry, you get hints of it but it's way buried down. There is a lovely wood in this...I guess it's the ebony wood that comes thru much clearer almost burying the cedar.
I have to mention again that the black tea, which is a little smoky and spicy and the coconut note is such a nice pairing on my skin! An hour later, it's all tea and wood and something that smells a little grassy, and loses the coconut..but still very very nice and dark

Upon initial application, Tokyo Milk Dark BULLETPROOF smells to my nose like a leather perfume, particularly if it is liberally applied. It is really quite remarkable, and must be attributable to the ebony and the black tea. I find the tea rendition here to be closest to China black--there are no chai spices, and I do not detect any coconut or coconut milk whatsoever.

The drydown of BULLETPROOF smells like a cross between a rich piece of resinous ebony and a pot of very black, stoutly brewed China tea. The seasoning is not sugar or cream, but cedar! This creation is not at all sweet, clearly unisex, and would make a good pseudo-leather scent for vegetarians, it seems to me. (-;

all i got was men's aftershave. gag me. from first sniff through drydown i didn't get a SINGLE WHIF of coconut, tea, or anything gourmand at all. what a letdown- i'd been salivating for weeks thinking it'd be my holy grail. if you are looking for a gourmand but not *too* foody scent, honey & the moon is not to be missed. i also love bittersweet & kabuki (read my reviews if you'd like :)

I love this fragrance! The smoked tea and coconut are the most prominent notes on my skin, with the cedar and ebony making cameo appearances. I agree with Pa.princess; it is like a warm chai tea hug-very snuggly!

Absolutely lovely scent! The tea is the star of the show here. A touch of coconut is detected. Like a warm chai tea, it gives you a comforting hug.
