Tova Signature Autumn Tova Beverly Hills for women

Didn't expect to like this. Never liked Tova Nights or Nirvana, but I wore (and loved)the original Tova for years, starting in the early '80's. But being a fragrance junkie, I wore many others, then went back to it later only to find that it had been reformulated into a chemical mess. I wasn't sure this would be very good either but got a good deal and figured it was worth a try. I get very little of the original Tova in this, but it's a nice, soft fragrance that (on me) smells good from top to drydown (which is light & powdery) It doesn't shout, but speaks quietly to those close by. It doesn't smell like a copy of everything else, and best of all, it lasts for hours on the skin, without causing a headache.

I liked the beginning very much. It reminded me of autum and leaves. It was a soft and pleasant but also interesting start. Just in the drydown it got completely Signature as you know it and I found that a little disappointing. It's just the start that's different.

A true autumn fragrance. Slightly less powdery than the original, which makes it more wearable for me.
