Blue Jeans Versace for men

I just know this smelled like the most perfect incense on a boy I once loved. Unique, herbal, floral, citrus, and musk. My favorite guy cologne of all time<3, leaves all others in the dust.

this fragrance is classified as oriental woody but maintains a fruity aroma and has a strong citrus to it and is very fresh smelling and probably more of a daytime scent

I would buy it but its lasting power was not as good so i got versace dreamer instead

Blue Jeans by Versace fragrance is a very soft, round and velvety, but has nothing to do, I think the precursor of a Mugler A * Men, Blue Jeans is less redundant: the opening is very nice, seems to enter in a welcoming and comfortable (jasmine and is really cool peeps) a hedge of countless flowers warm the heart of this good perfume, and the bottom is special and persistent woods and resins of the highest quality.
The result is amazing, the thing that jumps smell is the roundness and softness (sorry if I repeat myself but there it is) I've always associated this scent with a hand that sits comfortably in a
pocket ...
I think it is suitable for cold days, when the dusk from the switch to the flame of the fireplace.

In my opinion, this is belong to a gay men. A teenage, friendly, talkative. Don't get me wrong it's just my thought but I definitely love this scent. Especially all citruses, flowers and lavender. Classic. Luv it !

The Perfume is Good. The smell is less when u spray less. 4 to 5 spray will smell for 4 hrs. I like it, Its for teenage boys. It doesnt stay long. But the smell is great. The opening notes r very powerful than base note. Try It....

I just bought for my husbnad 75ml of Blue Jeans for good price. It's really nice scent full of citruses and lavender.I recommend.

Well, it's a unique, deep scent. Sharp at first then too sweet-almost nauseating, reminds me of candied ginger mixed with Malizia Vetiver. I find it quite overpowering and heavy. I would have expected lighter and more aquatic from the name.

This is my first fragrance. It was purchased when I was a teen, sometime in the mid 90s. At that age, I don't even know what musk, tonka beans or bergamot were, let alone knew what they smell like! But I knew I love this fragrance when I first got a whiff of it, I didn't care what was in it, I just wanted to own and wear it :) Definitely a good first frag.

Although I am a woman, I used to wear this amazing scent and I can't describe how much I loved it !
I was stydying in the University then and one of my friends insisted on sitting next to me just because the smell was irresistible ! A very warm perfume, I can detect woodsy accords and a strong smell of lavender, which is lovely. Don't have to say that it lasts for ages !
This is the only masculine perfume I have ever owned and I do not regret it. Admirable and unforgettable !!!

This is probably the best perfume I never had and will never have.
Some 15 years ago, when I was a teenager everyone was wearing it and I never wanted to smell like everyone else. Don't get me wrong I liked it a lot, I still do and have to control myself not to buy it, but it is so not appropriate for me now :)
It is like cheap woman, you know you shouldn't like it, but you want it. Every time I'm in the store I'm making circles around this perfume and control my cheap lust to pour the whole bottle on myself :)

EDIT few weeks ago I sampled Red Jeans and was surprised how nice it was. I even didn't realize it was for ladies :)

Bought this perfume for my husband and I find it absolutely delicious. There is a sweetness to it that makes it different from most men's fragrances. There is a special twist to it that makes it a sexy smell. I adore it. Amazing!!

Oh i had it in 94 bought it in a theater god knows why o bought it there!?!?
It still is in my gardrobe and i sprayed like 10 % out of it and that says enough for me (as a perfume addict), its an unusual floral sweet scent i dont like it but its very unique though.
I can understand why people like/love it.
I see it as a frag for a teenager.
but im not the floral kinda guy so my opinion does not count.

A really nice clean smell. For me, starts with amber, vanilla and lavender. And dries down very fresh woody and clean, it has a marine/ozone note in the drydown too. Staying power and sillage are good. Blue Jeans is a grower and a well crafted fragrance with lots of character.

smells exactly like the name..casual and inoffensive. doesnt last very long though, about 4 hours on me. maybe its the tropical hot weather, dont know. sillage is good for the first one hour, after that settles quite close to the skin. a decent buy for the price.

is good but nothing special. container and glass are cooler than the perfume itself. lol

I'm a girl and I love this fragrance! I remember my dad spraying this in his car (what a waste i reckon) and whenever I smell this, it brings back great memories. I just got this today in time for father's day to give it to him, I just hope he doesn't use it to make his car smell nice or else I might just keep it for myself and get him something else :P

This is a very appealing, masculine fresh scent. It's citrus isn't over powering to where it's too strong; however, the spicy drydown makes for a nice compliment. The fragrance is a lasting one so there's no need to jump in the bottle before leaving the house. The bottle is unique and a nice to have on the dresser. An inexpensive designer fragrance that's long lasting and perfect for any time of day and season but my preference weighs on a spring/ summer scent that's worn during the day because the fragranct notes quite down and depending on your body chemistry, the smells wears differently... Definitely a keeper and one that I'll be keeping in my collection. . .

This one is lovely, it's not like that citrus/aquatic think that last for 2 0r 3 hours, i can still smell it on my arm, and I sprayed it on yesterday in the airport, so yes, it is about 12 hours lasting on this one, maybe more.

I've just bought it and I think that it is pretty good. Not 100% masculine scent, but for a regular day it is pleasant to wear it. Very unique scent.

One of those perfumes you leave aside for a certain time and then you just turn to it again! Very, very easy going and simple. It feels like one of those songs you love to hear when nothing new sounds interesting.
Works absolutely fine in summer but does miracles in winter.

i used to wear blue jeans back in the day but stopped and started wearing more adult fragrances ...and trust me if u wear this you'll have to beat the girls off with a stick.I might have to get me another bottle now that i think about it.

yes this fragrance lasts a long time but for the sake of G*D please know that this is cloying and sweet. It is very disturbing sometimes to smell all day. Just aggravates me. Coke and maple syrup is my concoction of this mess.

Funny, the first time I tried this, I loved it. Started wearing it to work and then become my worst enemy. I prefer joop over this.

Heart notes smells like some sweet honey and lemon (natural) and some florals....one of the most complex perfumes ive smelt so far.

for my opinion this parfume is a really nice one :),it leasted for 8 hours and have e really masculite fragrance

I bought this for 20 dollars at marshal's, it starts with a little bit of everything really, it has a citrus aquatic feel for me, but has some wood in there aswell. it definitely feels like a versace fragrance to me..the only problem i have is the bottle doesnt really fit it, and the cap on mine is very loose (and i sometimes grab from the cap)..I would say for sure buy it though if you find it.

One of those old scents I would wear in high school. It definitely works for that crowd, but 20+ starts to get too old. Longevity is good and this stuff projects like a beast so all you tweenies need to only spray once or twice...

Bought it blind. Will throw it away with 20/20 vision! This stuff is either for young kids or young ladies. It's certainly not for me.

I love this, mainly because my partner was wearing it when I first met, and fell in love with him. It's truly amazing how memories are so strongly connected with scent.
A really warm perfume, it smells like a hug from a very attractive man. Love it.

This is my favorite gourmande ever, It's considered a spicy oriental. However the first thing you recieve when this is smelled is a sweet vanilla followed by a spicy floral note that it just irresistable. It's great, my girlfriend actually stole my bottle of Blue Jeans cause she liked it on my skin so much. She on occasion wears it too which is wierd on our dates FYI but either or it's amazing.

It is really cheap to bye,but nice and lasts long. Perfect for every day.

My husband has this perfume and I really like it a lot.
On initial spray I get mainly citruses but the lavender and the sage come through quickly.
The drydown is mostly patchouli and cedar with a hint of vanilla on my husband.
The projection is good, the staying power is excellent.
4 or 5 sprays last all day.
I would recommend this perfume to anyone who is into scents that are rather fresh and sweet at the same time.

This is one of the most intense EDT you can posses, this comes from someone who has quite a few.
Longievity is excellent.

Try to imagine an EDT that smells like Coca-Cola, blue color, inside a bottle which reminds a soft drink bottle. Can you see it? If yes, you're seeing Versace Blue Jeans!
This EDT is simple, a little bit sweet, cheap, with great sillage and longevity. Perfect for casual days or nights, summer or winter.

I am a 22 year old newbie collector of fragrances and I think this is a must-have for others like me. First, one would notice that this is on the "heavier" side. Recently releases tend to be subtle and unnoticeable. If you want to something that says "I am here", this should have a spot in your wardrobe.

I've been looking for a scent that's not all pleasant. Blue Jeans has a somewhat bad note that highlights the good ones.

I choose my scent of the day based on the color of the top I'll be wearing. For this, I'd say a dark blue relaxed button-down long sleeves - folded sleeves and tucked in a faded casual jeans. :D

This EDT has an unusual warmth and depth. The notes to entry are quite dry and deep, is very noticeable anise note, only being recognizable without dominating. The middle notes are a mixture that do not recognize, has power and masculinity, but at the same time a touch is recognizable between the family of oriental sweet wood and musk, clearly not developed in musk. The base notes are a little more tendency to musk, but still dominates the characteristic of wood.

I think the age range is preferred in men 35 years old and under, is a fragrance really too young, has style but can not give someone more mature seriously. Their use can be in any season, although it may be preferable on a night out. Its best use is casual outputs, including outputs can be used for romantic occasions where I have more potential then has power and depth.

It reminded me a bit to Le Male by Jean Paul Gaultier (a EDT I do not like me because that cloying), but the note of musk Blue Jeans a touch to dry wood makes it very attractive aroma. I highly recommend it.

Ok I smelt this on a guy on the train, loved it so i asked him what it was, went and bought it, but it was Versus. I didn't like the Versus version. Little did I know, before I went and bought the Versace version, that they're not much different.
Why did it smell so bad on me but so good on that other guy? I ended up selling them for peanuts to a guy at work. The misses loved it though.

i smelled this 5 yrs ago on my would-be husband, on the day we met again (after 10 long years of being separated). this scent i can't forget. when the wind blows, even if he's not standing close to me, i still can smell the distinct scent. and every time i open the closet, this is what i smell. i cannot get my nose off him when he's wearing this. so when i saw this on the internet i purchased this as my anniversary gift to him and he just couldn't get the smile on his face. we both love this because it really smells good and the price is not hard on your wallet (actually very cheap) and the scent just lasts and lasts..

I love,love, LOVE THIS STUFF! This fragrance is different from most. It has an unusual smell that's somewhat straight in your face! However it is beautifully did IMO! It last a great deal on my skin. & for the money you can't go wrong here... It is very much so a jeans and t-shirt fragrance & I think it can be worn all year around, but in the summer time there is no need to drench yourself in it because this is strong stuff and you will get noticed! My favorite scent from the house of Versace!

I remember this from college days. I also remember how awful it was. Notes don't matter as long as they don't mix well, as I only remember it was just basil and musk I could smell. It was a cool bottle at that time. Thank GOD there was Versus and Dreamer to make up for this tragedy.

It's a classic but I love it. The purest woody scent I've ever smell! With some vanilla and tobacco.

This is probably the most ubiquitous fragrance in Australia (except for the cheap chemist fragrances like Lomani). It can be bought for a song ($19.95 for 2.5 oz/75mL on sale) and many pass it by. Perhaps this is because it goes by the name "Versus" here in Australia and people don't realise what a good proposition it is.

To me this has a boozy start and has a distinct lime accord. It is unusual in that it is slightly sour, while at the same time being sweet. There is a bit of a floral/herbaceous edge to it, which becomes more obvious as the citrus fades.

I agree with rainydaze that there seems to be tobacco in the mix as well (even though it is not listed).

The drydown of vanilla and musk is not as sweet on me as many people suggest. The purported wood and patchouli never really raise their heads.

All in all a pleasant (if not earth-shattering) fragrance.

In the beginning it seems like a UNISEX scent.This scent to make sweet moments for you.i am a fan of ORIENTAL WOODY and too i know this kind of colognes are so seductive and popular for Girls.

BLUE JEANS was less expensive and better than EAU FRAICHE and POUR HOMME for me.Lovely from beginning to end.much better for younger population definitely 20/30 years old.

Perfect for SPRING evenings.Good sillage and too longevity was Good on my skin.Anyway for me lovely fragrance forever and it is a perfect choise when you dont want fragrances too light or too heavy.Definitely worth buying.

It's a great night time cologne for casual use and dirt cheap now a days. 75 ml (2.7oz) goes for under $20 CAD. It lasts a good while and draws nice compliments. One ex was in love with this smell, greatly recommended and will always be in my collection. Kind of a dark small, good for year round, maybe better in the winter.

I love this smell. Its great for spring and summer nights. Sweet, very retro but smells amazing. I would wear this fragrance bc of its uniqueness and has the coolest bottle as well. Very well done 10/10

This is NOT what I was expecting for. It's too classic for me! Smells like my grandpa's cologne :( But I love this bottle so much, looks so unique. This is the reason I bought this.
And one more thing, why my bottle has a name "Versus" instead of "Versace" like the pic above????

Although I will never use it again, and I'm not a fan of Versace fragrances, I admit that this fragrance has it's own place in "contemporary" perfumery. Released in 1994 it's still modern and young. I think this is a perfect scent for a young person as an entry to the world of perfumre. Fresh, sweet, fun and just a little bit serious. I remember how much I adored it's scent and other's compliments too (in school of course). More refined than a deodorant however not as complex and serious as a real grown up cologne. A perfect choice for a teenager for clubbing or daywear.
Maybe it's only all about my memories, however it's still here and produced, this can't be by mistake I guess :)

I tried this again after a 10-year hiatus. Surprisingly, it's just as appealing to me as it was when I first tried it. The longevity is a bit longer for me now than it used to be, which is a definite plus. It's dirt-cheap (price-wise) now, but it's such a comfortable fragrance to wear. There's STILL nothing quite like it on the market that I'm aware of, a testament to Versace quality and originality. I'm glad I chose to revisit this gem for men.

I used to LOVE this fragrance, but I wore it so much that for some reason this is the only fragrance that makes me feel absolutely nautious now!

my bro owns one. it's top note is very refreshing, very citrusy. after which comes the very strong flower notes.

the flowery concuction just clogs my nose & turns me off, the concuction is just too strong for my taste. somewhat makes me feel like vomiting.

however, as it settles, its basenotes calmed me down. kinda like a caring stroke at the back after vomiting.

its good but the midnotes just too strong & sweet.

It was gift from my father when i was 18 years old and still its with me now i am in mid 20's. I ocassionally use it.
It is a kind of sweet floral oriental scent to me with lots of feminity in it maybe aimed at younger population. can be easily wear by ladies too! but still a very nice fragrance for men. You can get lot of compliments.

My sisters and I got a bottle of this 10 years ago (I was 15)...being young and not having much understanding of fragrances, it was an impulse buy just because we thought the bottle looked cute. Well, we still have the fragrance till today, there's about 1/5th of the juice left in the bottle. It smells just as good as it did 10 years ago!

I smell a strong tobacco note in this one and I'm surprised there's actually no tobacco in its notes! It's woody, smoky and bitter-sweet but also fresh at the same time without being clean or crisp like most casual male frags they have out there. I find it to be a very masculine, unique scent, and this would smell quite sexy on a man!

Some men would be turned off by the whimsical, non-sophisticated packaging, but they really should try it before judging Blue Jeans by it's name or outer appearance, and then dismissing it as a cheap 'teen guy' scent...men of all ages can wear this, and no way does it smell cheap or too simplistic.

My hubby uses ONLY Blue Jeans. He just dont want to switch....its an awesome fragrance.

This is a cool pefume, maybe a bit dated now but..I still own and love it. It's a soft citrus opening that's playful, youthful and definately unisex. There's something really fluffy about this smell if that makes sense. It's not a sharp typical men's scent. It's a really nice one for during the day..and I really like it and would buy it again and again. This is my second bottle. Black Jeans is the king of this line of scents though. It rocks!!

A very nice and more youthful oriental woody scent. Does not smell as expensive as Jaipur, but still it is perfect for casual wear. Definitely ultra long lasting and also sensual.

The top notes is aromatic, sweet and warm like a hot blue tea. The drydown is so much good. With sweet vanilla and a bit animalic... maybe, some powdery and velvet!

I bought this for my husband, and it just "fits" his personality. The citrus and juniper steal the show, but the musk makes for a nice drydown. This isn't anything that screams "special", but it is a great everyday scent.

This is great. It smells like Angel in the beginning, then it turns citrus. It does not have the typical strong masculine smell that I hate. I like the look of the bottle,too. I have given 2 bottles to people as presents. The price has gone down as it has been discontinued. However, if you do find it anywhere, it is certainly good value for money.

I want to get it for myself! it smells to me like perfect juniper berries and I love it. It is also not too masculine, so with a bit of luck I will wear it and enjoy it`s fresh breeziness this summer! I really hope I can pull this one off...

My partner only started wearing this again after he ran out of Attitude. I had forgotten how nice a floral for men can be (though it's described as an oriental woody, it's the flowers that linger on my boyfriend) Fresh, clean and light, without turning into the bland almost-aftershave of a'best mate' you'd never consider dating. Whenever I smell this perfume, Owen Wilson's face comes into my mind. It's a scent for guys who aren't trying too hard. I wouldn't call it wildly different, but it is winsome, a sort of casual charm to it.

I like this - well the citrus beginning. Can't tell you about the other notes as it did not make that much of an impression on me. Could be worn by a woman. You wouldn't think that it has all those notes by smelling it.
