I found Cult of Helios to be nothing like it's description. It was a riot of obnoxious young floral elements that seemed more Lilac-like,short-sharp rose than that smooth seductive heliotrope. This fragrance confounded my nostrils (in a bad way) and definitely shouted "Hey! I'm trying to hard to smell pleasant-Look at me, please!" If this was an appetizer, I would politely ask for the "Check, please" and never return to the contrived, ultraviolet-lights and periwinkle vinyl booths of this establishment. It had to be scrubbed after 10 minutes, so I can not comment on it's "main course" or silage.

I get a combination of tea and lipstick with a bit of banana thrown in. Thick. It's kinda nice in a funky sort of way in the opening. Drydown brings a bit more true floral of the heliotrope and I don't know if I like it quite as much then. But extreme drydown is quite nice. Floral with a developed citrus note thats somewhat sharp and very pretty. This is my favorite part of the fragrance. Would wear for sure.
