Vers le Journ was originally created by Maurice Blanchet inn 1925. The bottle was designed by Rene Lalique. The fragrance is fresh, floral - fruity, and opens with notes of bergamot, red berries, rose and angelica root. The heart is composed of narcissus, cyclamen, jasmine, osmanthus, May rose, peony, peach, pineapple and watermelon. The base notes are cedar, sandalwood and musk.

The mini-spray of Vers le jour from 2011 is a deplorable screechy and ugly floral with fruity overtones. Not a creation from 1925 in this bottle (part of a set) - but a cheap and unpleasant fragrance I wouldn't even use as a toilet-freshener! Vile!
Wauw look at the notes of this one!!! Does anybody know how it smells???
