Royal Diamond by Yardley is a Floral fragrance for women. This is a new fragrance. Royal Diamond was launched in 2012. Top notes are pear and bergamot; middle notes are rose, peony, lily-of-the-valley and honey; base notes are cedar, sandalwood, vanilla and benzoin.

I don't normally go for classical, light florals (I don't think), but this is beautifully composed, sweet and elegant in a very classic and... tasteful, I suppose - but not soapy-clean - manner.

It smells like a delightfully realistic and sweet bunch of flowers, but without too much sharp green-ness from the stems.

Also, it's very inexpensive. I hope this is still on sale after 2012 ends!

On the yardley website it also mentions honey as a middle note which is definitely noticable.
