This is the only Kouros summer edition I have tried. Its works only when the weather warms up. Hence its summer title. Why summer? The original is too dense, yet works in the heat. This version contain "blue mint" which cools your skin. Its a rather odd sensation. It makes you wonder how it works. Its fine with me. Cool, refreshing, and aquatic. I am not a fan of aquatics, yet the Kouros name enticed me. Its drydown is where the traditional notes are. YSL has stopped producing summer editions now. Peculiar. They are fun, yet I am sure costly to produce. I think this one will last me many years. I usually only wear it a few times each summer, usually to my local amusement park.

i don´t know other versions of kouros, but my first impression of this one is a nice fresh mint,very masculine, then fades to soapy scent, like a fresh shower...not sweet, just soapy...and then it becomes musky and stays on the skin...well done, and really wearable on summer! really nicer for men, but i have a 10mls bottle and should discover when to use it, maybe on office...later i come back here again and tell you all...:)
