Peanut, does your review possibly refer to Becker Eshaya's Golden Amber perfume, rather than the original b.e. scent?

Doesn't smell anything at all like Clinique's Happy, to me. Amber is the star of this scent, and there's not a lot else going on. So, if you love a bright, clean amber, you might like this.

Oh, my goodness! What a blatant rip off of Clinique's Happy, but at twice the price! Same orange fruit and floral notes, maybe a bit more white musk in the base to help the staying power. Likely designed for the same target market as Happy, but with a touch more snob appeal. Ultimately nothing new and nothing special. Save your money and buy Happy instead.
